Dutch-Rwandan singer-songwriter Charlotte Haesen guides you from grounding exercises into playful vocal work and short writing from your own experience. We close by singing together. The aim is not to sound polished, but to sound true. No experience needed.

Musician and yoga teacher hagneya loves bringing both disciplines together. Expect meditation, visualisation, intuitive movement and singing, all in service of creating a spontaneous and colourful soundscape together. You are guided step by step, from silence into sound and from sound into movement. No experience needed, just open ears.

hagneya's music floats between light and dark, skin and spirit. For this evening she has invited a group of unique voices from the L'Okapi community, performing songs from her debut album "Heartspace" alongside new, unreleased work. The journey may take an improvised turn if the audience joins in.
