  • Chair
    My activities focus on promoting participation and well-being of people, especially children and young people. I like to do so at both strategic and practical levels. My (scientific) educational and occupational therapy backgrounds provide an analytical and solution-oriented view. I see community building as a necessity in support and change.

    Ik ben Liesbeth Bonnemayer en heb meer dan 30 jaar ervaring in zowel universitaire als industriële organisaties als HRM Business Partner, manager van een HRM-afdeling en lid van het managementteam. In die tijd heb ik gewerkt met het volledige spectrum van HRM, zowel uitvoerend als beleidsmatig en strategisch.

    Na mijn pensionering ben ik actief betrokken gebleven bij maatschappelijke en culturele initiatieven. Zo ben ik voorzitter van de Vrienden van het Fotomuseum aan het Vrijthof en coördineer ik workshops bij Dress for Success, waar ik mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt ondersteun.

    Mijn kracht ligt in het begeleiden van teams, het ontwikkelen van strategieën en het versterken van samenwerking. Ik haal energie uit het bijdragen aan een gezamenlijke focus en het creëren van verbinding, zowel binnen organisaties als in mijn huidige maatschappelijke rollen.

    Ik raakte op enig moment gefascineerd door de doelstelling van L’Okapi. De relatie tussen muziek (en kunst in z’n algemeenheid) en welzijn en mentale gezondheid lijkt voor de hand te liggen, maar L’Okapi brengt het door hele mooie activiteiten in praktijk. Mijn fascinatie wordt beïnvloed door mijn vroegere werk bij de Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd, waar ik mij vooral bezighield met de geestelijke gezondheidszorg en omdat ik een fervent amateurmuzikant ben. Tel daarop mijn belangstelling op voor het in kaart brengen van de effecten van de aanpak van L’Okapi en mijn plaatje bestuurlijk bij te kunnen dragen aan de doelstelling van L’Okapi was compleet.
