One night, one garage, everything at once.

For this edition of Jungle Unleashed, L’Okapi and Stadsnomade turn De Griend Garage into a playground where music, movement, paint and voice run into each other. You don’t need to be a dancer, a singer or an artist. You just need to show up. Just as you are.

We start with a workshop of movement and free painting. You arrive in your body, pick up a brush, and let go without anyone judging how it looks. It’s the warm-up for everything that follows.

Then we sit down together for the community dinner: good food, new faces, and the people you’ll be making noise with later.

After dinner, the garage opens up. Carmen opens the night with an acoustic set, followed by Sasha and a violin player, before DJ Ananya takes over for an ecstatic dance set. No phones, no small talk, no rules on how to move. While you dance, live painters and dancers work alongside you, so the room keeps changing all night. The musicians come back in to close the Ecstatic Dance with live music.

The musicians are selected and programmed by Valérie Billy, who picked players & artists from Maastricht and around, so if you want to meet new musicians, this is the place to be!
